Group Therapy

We believe that when people come together in groups for healing and wellness, their shared vulnerability fosters deep connections, and their collective resilience empowers them to overcome challenges and grow stronger together. Formal group therapy sessions are led by one or more therapists with specialized training, who support group members that are experiencing similar challenges. Group therapy offers the benefits of individual therapy combined with the empathy & connectedness of people as well as the development of relationships with yourself and others.

Group therapy costs $60 per session. We offer direct insurance billing and super bills for qualifying clients; insurance coverage varies by plan, provider, therapy type, network status, preauthorization requirements, and session limits.

Healing the Inner Child

Wednesdays 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Healing the Inner Child group is designed specifically for adult women seeking to reconnect with and heal their inner child. This group is led by Katelyn McGowan, ATR-BC, LCAT, and is open to individuals of all backgrounds, walks of life, and upbringings. We all have an inner child within us; perhaps one that has been neglected, abused, bullied, or was always seen as the golden child. As adults, our younger selves may have difficulty communicating needs and/or emotions appropriately or safely. Working with the inner child honors the parts of us that didn't disappear over time and brings awareness to neglected or suppressed emotions.
