EXPLORE IT: AUGUST 2020
For the second installment of the “It” series, we promoted mental health through an engagement with our natural environment. We asked participants to creatively document their own relationship with nature every day for the month of August. Explore “It” asks the question: What in your life do you want to discover? What is something you would like to dedicate time to every single day for the next 30 days? How can you let yourself search for what is lost, or discover what is waiting to be found through going outside to observe and interact with the natural world?
